Fancy Sarawak White Peppercorns are also processed differently than other types of white pepper. They are traditionally hand-picked and sun-dried, which is believed to contribute to their milder flavor and aroma.

Well known for their mild, yet complex flavor that is less pungent and has a slightly sweeter taste than black pepper.
